I. General position
L2 MEGANET server team is a group of people supervising the server, gameplay,
site ant forum. Along with supervising, one of the main tasks of the team is
to solve player's problems as they arise. The team is divided into so-called
"sub-teams", each has its own objectives and privileges. If a player has a
question, but none of the team members is online, a player should create a
topic in the technical forum thread. The first post must contain a brief pith
of the matter, player is interested in.

Besides their main duties , all Game Masters can deal with some of the
basic problems, for instance stuck players. GMs have moderator privileges,
they practice censorship and exercise control on the forum. All Game Masters
